Adam and Matt have been best friends since the early 1990’s, when they were kids. Through breakups, broken hearts, addiction, jail, rehab and recovery and the deaths of their parents, they have stuck together. One day, they came to a realization: There isn’t a treat brand on the market catering to gay dog parents.
So we made one.

PROUD PAWS treats are made from real ingredients, all baked fresh in the USA. And we have a sense of humor about it, too. That’s part of our charm.
From Day One, giving back to the community has been a crucial element of our business. A portion of proceeds from all treats sold goes to Gay & Sober, an organization creating safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ recovery community, both in person and online.
